1. What is latex?
Latex is made by foaming latex juice, which comes from rubber tree. Latex juice is extremely precious, because every rubber tree can only produce 30cc latex juice every day. The fresh natural latex juice is milky white flowing liquid, which looks like milk. Natural latex is a kind of biosynthetics, its rubber hydrocarbon only accounts for 20% - 40% of the total, the rest is a small amount of non rubber components and water. There are proteins, lipids, sugars and inorganic components in the non rubber components. Some of them form a composite structure with rubber particles, and some of them dissolve in whey or form non rubber particles.
2. How is latex collected?
Thailand is the largest latex planting country in the world. The natural conditions of detrender are the important factors affecting the quality of latex juice. And the time of latex cutting is also very strict. Normally, a new type of rubber tree can be cut six years after planting. In the first two years, the production is not high, and about 20cc of latex juice is produced every day. When the planting time reaches 8 to 12 years, rubber trees can produce 30 CC latex juice a day. Every year, March to November is the most suitable time for rubber cutting, and the best time for cutting is at 4-5 a.m. every day. In this period of time, the rubber tree is full of water, and the expansion effect of cells reaches the maximum. In addition, the optimal temperature at 4-5 o'clock in the morning is 19 ℃ ~ 25 ℃. At this time, the yield of latex and the content of dry rubber are very high, so it is the most suitable for rubber cutting.
3. What's the effect of latex?
The natural latex contains oak protein, which can effectively play the role of anti-bacterial and anti mite. The molecular structure of latex is special, with good comfort and permeability, which can inhibit the growth of bacteria and parasites; the open latex porous air bag structure can make the air flow freely in the mattress, disperse the heat and sweat produced by the contact between the skin and the mattress during sleep, and keep the comfortable and dry during sleep.
